Services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified. Custom software development services include source code delivery, documentation, and support as outlined in the service description.
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include Estonian VAT at 22% unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards.
Payment must be completed before service delivery begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.
